5 Common FAQ’s
What is my first step?
There’s a few things you need to do before you can get started in building your new home. First, would be going to your lender and getting pre-qualified. At the same time you should start a conversation with us so we can get an understanding of what you are looking to build and we can give you a general ballpark of a price range.
What does pre-construction planning and design entail?
After you have those two items you can move into pre-construction and design planning. This is where we draft your building plans, make interior and exterior selections, visit the site, talk to municipalities to determine the costs of fees, we put together a building budget and schedule/ process plan to get you ready for construction and breaking ground.
How long before we move in?
This depends on the size of home. Our average home right now is 1,900-3,500 square feet. Typically takes 4-6 months depending on the needs of the lot development, intricacy of the design and details and time of year (weather)
