My name is Fiorella Neira, and I’m a licensed builder and the owner of Neira Custom Homes, LLC. If you are reading this, it is likely you or someone you know is trying to build their dream home. So here is a little about us and our journey.
How did I become a builder?
My Journey began with the need for commercial office space. In 2018 I began to build a Multi-unit commercial space that sparked my love for this process. Once our office building was completed I took on a second project, a multi-family build. After sharing our journey with our hometown, questions kept coming in from friends and colleagues. Our community began to ask construction questions, my opinions, and of course, if I’d be willing to build for them! I married the love of the building process with the need to build custom homes and spaces for our community and its visitors (vacation homes). Now, we are one of the leading custom home builders in the area—building new homes, income property, and small commercial spaces anywhere from 1,200sqft to over 8,000sqft.
