STEP 1: INQUIRE
Our initial consultation will be over the phone or in person, where you can ask us all your questions. At this meeting, we can also discuss the ballpark budget.
STEP 2: PRECONSTRUCTION
A preconstruction meeting takes place before any work on your new home begins. We will discuss the requirements and expectations of your construction project.
During the preconstruction phase, we will:
Sign a design agreement, which is an initial commitment to get a buildable set of plans.
Design your home inside and out. We will include a virtual video so you can walk through your home before building.
County and Township research for local codes and restrictions
Lot visit
Confirm design selection
Neira Custom Homes will acquire estimates from HVAC, Excavation, Concrete, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.
Step 3 CONTRACT TO BUILD
We will review the total budget to build your home and the home plan, and we will sign the construction contract.
After the contract has been signed, we will arrange:
Bank appraisal
First payment
All necessary permits and insurance
Building schedule and estimated move-in day.
STEP 4: CONSTRUCTION
From groundbreaking to occupancy, we will manage and run everything from excavation to move-in day.
